Board Member Jeff Blyth will be our "Docking Tzar" this year. Please check-in with him via VHF #72 upon your *Approach* to the marina entrance. Please WAIT & follow his specific direction as we find you a safe spot to tie-up. Be Patient...Even in spicy weather. If you arrive the night before, be prepared to be asked to move if needed in order to tetris puzzle everyone in per their boat length. Obviously larger boats will be on the dock. Smaller boats will be tied up to them.
As a reminder, this is a National Park. Annual permits can be purchased at the ranger station upon arrival check-in for $5/ft, or $.70/ft overnight only. Includes electric power. Consider bringing a "Splitter".
Be Forewarned: the wild herd of bold banshee raccoons anxiously await all human visitations with opportunities for brazen exploration of the interior (yes interior) of your boat & the treasure trove of food it bares. Prepare accordingly
** The following items are Requested: Help with set-up, Bring DINNER potluck items (w/ a serving utensil), Wood, Lanterns of any type, 2 propane heaters, your own ice, ginger beer mixers, and your additional favorite beverages. Bring a plate & eating utensils from your own boat. Music & Musical instruments highly encouraged. Garbage bags!!! And help w/ clean-up.
Please check back for Updates... there WILL indeed be updates.
Be there! Or you will wish like hell you had been...
